Florida Mom Julie Price Ordered by Judge to Shut her Blog and Stop Talking (Repost)

Yet another grieving mother was forced to stop talking, in an effort to mask the continuation of abuse in the Family Courts. This court order by a family court judge violating her constitutional right to Freedom of Speech, was in response to the Naples News highlighted the story of Julie Price.

The Naples News, in their story, told about alarming details from the court file and the felony child abuses charges being faced by her former husband in regards to hog tying Julies daughter to a bed, for which Jon Parrish admitted to.

Just like other courageous mothers all over the United States, Julie created a blog to expressing her right to freedom of speech. On August 4, 2011 the trial court of Judge Brodie told Julie to take down the blog. During the hearing, the judge was not concerned that the former Husband was non-compliant with court orders, and then admonished Julie for her blog, which only expressed her concern for the safety and well being of her daughters and how the “court appointed” experts were handling her case. These “experts” were named, causing alarm to the courts and their cronies, concerned about exposure to the illegal practices.

One wonders, when will justice prevail for Julie Price, her children and all of America’s children involved in the child-custody visitation scandal cases happening all over the US….”

Florida Judge Sanctioned, Ordered to Take Anger Management Classes After Jailing Abuse Victim

Welcome to Big Time Small-Time Dicks, a regular column on The Slot that explores local politicians, small-town scandals, and everything else making life miserable on a local level. Know a small time person who is a big time dick we should feature? Email us.

A Florida judge who jailed a crying survivor of domestic abuse is being sanctioned by the state Supreme Court. Seminole County Judge Jerri Collins jailed the woman for three days last summer after brutally berating her in court, telling her, “You think you’re going to have anxiety now? You haven’t even seen anxiety.”

Collins jailed the woman for contempt after she failed to appear to testify against her attacker, the father of the woman’s one-year-old child. The woman told police that the man choked her, threatened her with a knife and ground his thumbs into her eyes. But the woman didn’t appear in court to testify; when compelled to appear, Collins berated her at length:

Tom Emmer lurches left, Who’s influencing the Congressman?

Representative Tom Emmer via his Facebook page

Editorial boards from Minnesota newspapers have praised freshman Congressman Tom Emmer for going rogue.  By bucking his conservative base and providing a more moderate course for the state’s 6th district, Emmer’s becoming a Democrat’s Republican, but the conversion leaves questions in the minds of Republican voters who elected him just eight months ago.  In a non-scientific Facebook poll, Alpha News found that 49% were not satisfied with the performance of Congressman Emmer, 26% were satisfied and another 25% were undecided.  Of those who responded, 59% said they voted for Emmer and 38% did not.  When asked if they believed if Emmer was doing a better job than Michele Bachmann, 24% said Yes, 56% said No, and 20% were undecided.

Book Review: Crisis of Character

Former White House Secret Service Officer discusses Clinton “Circus”

While traveling back home from a conference in Atlanta, I had a chance to read the new book Crisis of Character: A White House Secret Service Officer Discloses His Firsthand Experience with Hillary, Bill, and How They Operate by Gary Byrne.

Byrne’s book is a gripping read, as he conveys his personal history to join the Secret Service, his time at the White House, and his decision to join the Federal Air Marshals Service. However, it is not an easy read, as it is difficult to learn of how the Clintons and other elite politicos disdainfully treated patriotic Americans such a Byrne, who want only to serve their country.

The author has already discussed his book on numerous venues (but notably not on mainstream media outlets), and has focused on his troubling experiences with Hillary Clinton during the interview. He was inspired to write this history because Clinton is poised to be President, and Byrne describes her as “divisive, abuse, and paranoid.”

However, I would like to share a bit related to the chapter entitled “The Vase.” One morning in 1995, the White House staff was treated to a reverberating verbal battle between the Clintons. The row then evolved into something more physical. After a resounding crash, the Secret Service agents were obliged to investigate the source of the sound.

Byrne discovered the shattered remains of a historic vase packed away in the curator’s office. He also noted that Bill Clinton came in the next day with a big black eye not well hidden by makeup. When Byrne commented about Clinton’s bruise to the president’s personal secretary Bettie Curie, she dismissed it as a coffee allergy.

So, the Secret Service officers had to figure out what to do when the President’s wife posed a physical threat to the President.

Here are three mental exercises I would propose that Legal Insurrection readers put to those they know who are voting for Hillary Clinton:

How would you suggest Secret Service officers handle a President who is a physical threat to those around her?

If this is how Clinton treats her husband, how will she treat the rest of us? If this is the regard she shows the historic treasures of our nation as First Lady, why should we trust her as President?

How would the mainstream media be covering this episode, if the story involved Donald Trump throwing a vase and striking Melania?

The remainder of the book describes Byrne’s entry into the Federal Air Marshals Service. In a way, this portion of the book is even more disturbing that the White House chapters. The author describes how educated, elite bureaucrats undermine the mission of the Air Marshals with politically correct rules and dismissive attitude when challenged by those who actually have to carry out the missions.

I recommend Crisis of Character for its clear writing and descriptions of life for a patriotic American genuinely interested in public service among the political glitterati. Though Byrne had the help of another writer (Grant M. Schmidt), I would like to commend him (as he suffers from dyslexia) for creating such an engaging read.

Bravo, sir. And thank your for your service to our nation.

Byrne gives us a front seat to the “Clinton Circus.” When Americans vote this November, they will have to decide if they want this circus to come back to town.

SHOCKING, The video is no longer available!

The political scandal of the day was the news that on Monday evening (coincidentally just before the Benghazi report was released), Bill Clinton and US Attorney General Loretta Lynch just happened to meet on the tarmac at a Phoenix airport – totally unplanned of course. Clinton saw the attorney general and wanted to say hello, so Clinton boarded Lynch’s plane to talk for a bit.

Sure, just a quick chat about the weather, his putting stroke, anything except oh, say, an update on what was about to be released on Benghazi, and especially not an update on the ongoing FBI investigation into Hillary.

Our conversation was a great deal about his grandchildren. It was primarily social and about our travels. He mentioned the golf he played in Phoenix, and he mentioned travels he’d had in West Virginia. There was no discussion of any matter pending for the department or any matter pending for any other body. There was no discussion of Benghazi, no discussion of the State Department emails, by way of example” Lynch told reporters.

Letter misleads on Emmer endorsement

JOHN KERN, SAUK RAPIDS12:37 p.m. CDT June 28, 2016

The June 22 letter “Emmer’s endorsement stands strong,” by Walter Hudson, is a misleading and inaccurate smear of U.S. House of Representatives candidate AJ Kern and her supporters.

Hudson also posted on Facebook, accusing Sen. John Pederson of lying in regard to a signed statement from Pederson validating our protest surrounding the 6th District endorsing convention.

The AJ Kern campaign has officially protested the GOP endorsement of Rep. Tom Emmer because:

1) Late-arriving unregistered delegates were seated improperly on the convention floor, replacing Kern supporters.

2) Concerns were raised to Senate District 14 and District 6 chairs during the convention; they were stonewalled.

3) Our campaign was physically precluded from oversight of counting ballots.

4) The requisite passage of a motion to endorse never happened.

Chairman Keith Downey’s only response was a directive “to All Party and BPOU Officers” …. “there is no option for BPOU and CD officers to hold their office while maintaining support for the Kearn [Kern] candidacy or providing her or her team access to party resources or appearances at party events.”

Not just procedural issues; after supporters were bumped, AJ was within 11 delegates of forestalling the endorsement.

Citing no examples, Hudson, who played a starring role in Emmer’s convention infomercial, claimed we denigrated Emmer and his supporters.

In reality, our campaign strictly avoided personal issues and challenged Emmer’s voting record on education, trade and refugee resettlement, topics on which AJ has written extensively.

Admittedly, party insiders were unhappy with our educating inexperienced precinct delegates (of which there were many) on how to beat slick (albeit within rules) electioneering tactics. These tactics traditionally help party insiders vote each other to district conventions year after year, minimizing participation by grass roots supporters.

Hudson’s baseless negative campaigning — albeit at arms’ length of the Emmer campaign — is an encouraging sign for AJ Kern.

Vote for AJ in the Aug. 9 primary.
