BREAKING: FISA Memo Released

The much anticipated memo drafted by House Intelligence Chair Devin Nunes has finally been released, and it’s not good at all for the previous administration. In fact, it’s so explosive that people may end up in jail over it.

Since we like to let people make their own judgments on matters this serious, we’ll only be posting the actual memo for you to read for yourselves. But I will promise you this; the political fallout from this is going to be nuclear for Democrats, Hillary Clinton, and everyone in Obama’s FBI and Justice Department.

So, without further ado, here’s the memo, in its entirety.

That’s pretty bad, wouldn’t you say?

Taking into consideration what you just read, if the Mueller probe isn’t immediately terminated due to “fruit of the poisonous tree,” there’s only one of two reasons why;

  1. Mueller is a crooked cop determined to take down the President at all costs.
  2. Mueller isn’t investigating Trump, but rather those involved with the egregious abuses of power outlined in the above memo.

Since everyone who knows Mueller says he only plays by the rules, the second option is the most likely. In fact, below is an excerpt from a Politico story in which a former deputy for Ken Starr stated that Mueller doesn’t stray from the rules one bit.

“If we know anything about Mueller, we think we know that he follows the rules—all of them,” Paul Rosenzweig, another former Starr deputy, wrote Tuesday in the Atlantic.

Take from that what you will. Now we just have to wait and see what happens.

Breaking News From President Trump

The FBI. . .Where Truth Goes To Die

“They’re terrified, they’re frantic”

Report: The FBI is "Threatening" Trump Over the FISA Memo

The FBI is “threatening” Donald Trump over the imminent release of the FISA memo, according to Judicial Watch director of investigations Chris Farrell.

The FBI is desperately trying to prevent the release of the FISA memo, which reportedly contains evidence that the Obama administration spied on members of the Trump campaign.

The agency issued a rare statement yesterday declaring it had “grave concerns” about the accuracy of the classified document, which is set to be released today.

Appearing on Fox Business with Lou Dobbs, Judicial Watch’s Chris Farrell said, “The FBI is threatening the president of the United States.”

Farrell says the FBI is desperate to prevent Trump, “Revealing all the criminality that’s going on in the organization” and that’s why they brokered a meeting with Trump’s chief of staff John Kelly which should never have happened.

The FBI is trying to “intimidate” Kelly and Trump “in order to cover up for their criminality,” according to Farrell.

“These political operators are threatening the president of the United States, they’re betraying their oath to the Constitution,” said Farrell, adding that the FBI is sitting on a huge surveillance cover-up involving the mass monitoring of U.S. citizens.

“They’re terrified, they’re embarrassed, they’re frantic,” said Farrell

“This is another grave threat, not just on Mr. Trump personally, but it’s a threat on the Constitution,” he added, urging Trump to release the memo.

As we reported last week, according to a high level FBI agent, the 50,000 missing FBI text messages which went “missing” but were subsequently recovered, contained threats of violence aimed at President Trump.

According to the official, the messages included “frightening conversations” that went further than just harming Trump politically.

The notion that the deep state would seek to physically harm Trump for his efforts to “drain the swamp” is no far-flung conspiracy theory.

During an appearance on CNN, counterterrorism analyst and former CIA agent Philip Mudd said on air “the government’s gonna kill” Donald Trump because he disrespected the deep state.

Even before Trump was inaugurated, Senator Chuck Schumer warned the president he was “really dumb” for picking a fight with the intelligence agencies and “they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you”.

“Our republic is in jeopardy”

Congressman Confident Bombshell FISA Abuse Memo Will Be Released Soon

Congressman Matt Gaetz told Fox News this morning that the bombshell FISA abuse memo, which some claim could end the Mueller investigation and lead to top officials going to jail, is set to be released soon.

The classified Department of Justice memo is suspected to contain evidence of illegal FBI and DOJ spying on the Trump campaign at the behest of Hillary Clinton.

According to journalist Sara Carter, the memo is so “explosive” that it could lead to “the end of Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel investigation into President Trump and his associates.”

Numerous lawmakers are calling for the document to be publicly released, with Rep. Steve King describing it as “worse than Watergate”.

Appearing on Fox News, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), who previously asserted that people will “go to jail” over the memo, suggested that the release of the document is on the horizon.

“Our republic is in jeopardy if we allow this type of a palace coup environment to continue to persist and that’s why I’m one of the members of Congress who will be encouraging today Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes to release the memo,” said Gaetz.

“We can have a vote in the Intelligence Committee, a vote in the full House of Representatives. And this is a matter of such importance that I think we need to do it immediately. If we get this memo into the public square heads are going to roll at the FBI and the Department of Justice.

“What I’m worried about is that the cast of characters in the memo are not a group of people that are gone. Many of these people are still in our government. They still wield influence. It’s easy to see after reading this memo why Senator Grassley and why Senator Graham wanted to refer this matter for criminal prosecution. Laws were broken.

“I have every confidence after speaking to Paul Ryan and Devin Nunes that after we go through the right procedures and provide notifications to the executive branch that we will release this memo.”

NYT debunked: Trump didn’t directly order end of Flynn investigation

Despite admitting President Trump “simply hoped” the FBI would drop its probe into former national security advisor Michael Flynn, former FBI Director James Comey said he interpreted this as a direct order, which contradicts his sworn Senate testimony on May 3.

Comey now confirms Trump simply hoped the investigation into Flynn would end during their Feb. meeting in the White House, which Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) pointed out was a “wish” rather than an actual directive from the president:

But Comey claims he interpreted Trump’s wish as a direct order, which contradicts his sworn Senate testimony on May 3 in which he said from his experience, the Trump administration did not try to stop the investigation.

The former FBI director even told Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii) it would “be a big deal to tell the FBI to stop doing something that – without an appropriate purpose.”

“But I’m talking about a situation where we were told to stop something for a political reason, that would be a very big deal. It’s not happened in my experience,” he said.

Here’s that exchange from May 3:

Comey’s statement to Rubio also contradicts his February memo that the mainstream media claimed was a “smoking gun” against Trump, particularly the New York Times article from May 16 which sourced Comey’s memo to claim Trump asked him to shut down the probe.
